Photography teaches me about the moment. That ever present thing which has shown up in yoga classes, forays into the mystical, and every dreamer's peek into meditation. The moment comes, and the moment goes. When I point my lens I am learning to let go, to take the shot when the bug is in frame, to wait for the woman to pass my path, to realize that even when out of focus, or overexposed, there is still something precious in whatever time we take to appreciate where we are.
